After struggling with poor drainage on its 18 greens, Broomieknowe Golf Club in Bonnyrigg, Scotland, saw transformative results from using the Air2G2 336 aeration machine from Campey Turf Care Systems. Under the guidance of Head Greenkeeper Billy Hudson and STRI consultant Gary Smith, the club trialed the Air2G2 over five months, applying it monthly. The non-disruptive nature of the Air2G2 allowed treatments to be done without interrupting play, while its ability to inject air laterally into the soil improved root development and water infiltration.

Impressed by the outcome, the club invested in its own Air2G2 unit to maintain the progress made. Hudson emphasized the machine’s superior performance compared to traditional aeration and praised Campey's reliable service and support.
